EQUIPMENT & CREW UNDERTAKING POLICY
1. The renter (user signing below) accepts full physical and financial responsibility for all hired equipment from delivery to return handover.
2. Any damage, functional failure, or loss of equipment will be assessed by Sensational Photography, and charges will be billed directly as per market repair/replacement costs.
3. The renter must provide a safe and respectful working environment for all dispatched crew members. Safe transit and basic hydration/catering on set are the responsibility of the host.
4. This booking is subject to identity verification, which has been completed via UIDAI DigiLocker integration.
