A non-refundable advance (typically 30–50% of the total package) is required to confirm your booking. This secures your date and the photographer's availability.

You may reschedule your session once at no extra charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original session date and the new date is available.
If Sensational Photography cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., photographer illness, equipment failure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.
If you have concerns about the quality of delivered photos, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any reasonable concerns.
